书上有 if one verb has two noun clauses as it objects,we must not leave out that or if/whether before the second noun clause

但是他又有例句 he said (that) he liked rain very much and that he would use an umbrella when it was rainning.

这不是有说明又可以省略(that)的吗?这不矛盾吗?

没有矛盾,是你误解了解释意思或者没有理如果一个动词接两个从句作为其宾语(也就是宾语从句),决不能省略第二个从句的引导词that或者if/whether,也就是说第一个that还是可以省略的.
